Item 8.01    Other Events.

On February 12, 2024, the High Court of Ireland made a winding up order in respect of RVL Pharmaceuticals plc (the “Company”) pursuant to which a liquidator was appointed to the Company, which will result in the winding up and, in due course, ultimate dissolution of the Company.
