~~On December~~Effective 15April 23, ~~2022~~2023, MrMs. ~~Xiaoqiang~~Huiling ~~Wei~~Ying ~~resigned from his position~~was appointed as Chief ~~Executive~~Financial Officer ~~and Director~~ of ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”), ~~effective~~by ~~immediately. On~~ the ~~same date, the~~ board of directors of ~~the Company, by unanimous written consent, appointed Ms. Huiling Ying, to serve as Chief Executive~~ ~~Officer and Director of~~ the Company.

Ms. Huiling Ying joined the Company in 2004 and has worked as an employee of the Company.
