On February 3, 2023, Intelligent Medicine Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the adjournment of its special meeting until 9:30 a.m. Eastern on February 8, 2023 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
