On ~~which~~the ~~ChinaCache~~same ~~North America~~date, ~~Inc.~~ ~~would~~the ~~transfer~~board ~~certain~~of ~~assets~~directors ~~and~~of athe ~~domain~~Company, ~~name~~by tounanimous ~~Edgenext~~written ~~North~~consent, ~~America~~appointed ~~Corporation~~Ms. ~~for~~Huiling aYing, ~~total~~to ~~consideration~~serve ofas ~~$3,494,800~~Chief ~~and~~Executive ~~$72,600,~~Officer ~~respectively~~and Director of the Company.

~~On October 21, 2022, ShenRong Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, our wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement with Edgenext Technology Co~~Ms.~~, Limited, pursuant to~~ ~~which~~Huiling ~~ShenRong~~Ying ~~Technology~~joined ~~(Hong~~the ~~Kong)~~Company ~~Limited~~in ~~would~~2004 ~~transfer~~and ~~certain~~has ~~assets~~worked toas ~~Edgenext~~an ~~Technology~~employee ~~Co., Limited for a total consideration~~ of ~~HK$1,436,600~~the Company.

On October 21, 2022, ChinaCache Networks (Hong Kong) Limited, our wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement with Edgenext Technology Co., Limited, pursuant to which ChinaCache Networks (Hong Kong) Limited would transfer certain assets to Edgenext Technology Co., Limited for a total consideration of HK$ 1,145,900.

On October 21, 2022, ChinaCache Networks (UK) Limited, our wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement with Legend Next (UK) Limited, pursuant to which ChinaCache Networks (UK) Limited would transfer certain assets to Legend Next (UK) Limited for a total consideration of £515,200.
