INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On ~~April~~March 14, ~~2021~~2022, ~~Marcum Bernstein Pinchuk LLP (“MBP”), was dismissed as~~ ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd.’s (the “Company”) ~~independent~~announced ~~registered public~~final ~~accounting~~court ~~firm.~~approval ~~Since~~of the ~~commencement~~settlement ofand ~~MBP’s~~dismissal ~~engagement~~of ina ~~July~~class ~~2019~~action ~~through~~lawsuit ~~April~~commenced ~~14, 2021, there were no disagreements~~on ~~with~~August ~~MBP on any matter of accounting principles or practices~~9, ~~financial statement disclosure~~2019, oragainst ~~auditing scope or procedures, which, if not resolved to MBP’s satisfaction would have caused MBP to make reference to~~ the ~~subject~~Company ~~matter~~and certain of ~~the disagreement(s) in connection with~~ its ~~audit~~former ~~report.~~officers ~~MBP~~and ~~has not issued any report on the consolidated financial statements of the Company for the 2020 fiscal year~~directors.

OnAs ~~April~~previously 14announced, ~~2021,~~a class action lawsuit was filed in the ~~Company~~United ~~engaged~~States ~~Shanghai~~District Court for the Central District of California (the “Court”), and was brought on behalf ~~Perfect~~of ~~C.P.A~~a ~~Partnership~~class toof bepersons who allegedly suffered damages as a result of their trading activities related to the Company’s ~~independent~~American ~~registered~~depositary shares ~~public~~(the ~~accounting~~“ADSs”) ~~firm~~from April 10, 2015 to May 17, 2019. The ~~change~~complaint alleged, among other things, that certain of the Company’s public ~~independent~~statements and filings contained materially false and misleading statements or omissions in violation of U.S. securities laws. ~~registered~~On ~~public~~October ~~accounting~~2, ~~firm~~2019, ~~was~~the ~~approved~~Court byappointed a group of two purported shareholders of the Company’s ~~Audit~~as ~~Committee~~the lead plaintiff of the class. On December 15, 2020, the parties reached an agreement to a stipulation and agreement of settlement to settle the purported class action. On April 26, 2021, the Court granted preliminary approval of the settlement and conducted a settlement hearing on September 3, 2021.

On March 14, 2022, the Court affirmed its determinations in the preliminary approval order. The Court issued orders dismissing the class action lawsuit and entering final judgment. Accordingly, the claims of class members against the Company were released.
