The reporting person paid the exercise price on a cashless basis, resulting in the Issuer withholding of 3,355,781 of the warrant shares to pay the exercise price and issuing to the reporting person the remaining 3,664,219 Class A common shares. The Warrants were exercisable on November 28, 2020, and will expire on October 29, 2025.
