On September 17, 2018, Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of GrafixPL PRIME™, the Company’s first ambient temperature stable placental membrane product, beginning on October 1, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated herein by reference.
