On December 13, 2017, Boulevard Acquisition Corp. II (“Boulevard”) issued a press release announcing certain developments related to the proposed business combination (the “Transaction”) with Estre Ambiental S.A. (“Estre”), Boulevard Acquisition Corp II Cayman Holding Company (“ESTR”) and BII Merger Sub Corp (“Merger Sub”). The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in its entirety herein by reference.
