On February 19, 2016, NBTY, Inc. (“NBTY”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Alphabet Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”), and the Company each announced the resignation of Christopher Brennan from his position as Senior Vice President—General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of NBTY and the Company, respectively, effective February 16, 2016.
