Resignation of Mr. Dilip Singh as Director

On February 20, 2015, Dilip Singh provided notice of his resignation as Director of ALCO Stores, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Singh’s resignation is not the result of a disagreement related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
