Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Stephen W. Elliott, Executive Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, will be leaving NCO Group, Inc. (the “Company”) effective December 31, 2011 to pursue other opportunities. Effective November 28, 2011, John Cubbin assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cubbin was at a leading IT services provider, where he was most recently an IT services executive. Mr. Cubbin has over 30 years of experience in IT services and has demonstrated expertise in IT strategy development and organization. Mr. Cubbin’s educational background includes Lawrence Institute of Technology and the Executive Development Program at the London Business School.
