Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On June 30, 2007, the Board of Directors of Vantage Energy Services, Inc. (the “Registrant”) passed a resolution to provide that the Registrant’s fiscal year end be changed from June 30 to December 31. The Registrant’s next periodic filing will be its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
