On June 9, 2006, Blue Ridge Paper Products Inc. (the “Company”) entered into Amendment No. 8 to its existing Credit Agreement, by and among the Company, as borrower, and the other parties thereto. Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 10.1 is the amendment.
