On February 14, 2005, International Aluminum Corporation issued a press release announcing the retirement of David C. Treinen, President and Chief Operating Officer, effective June 30, 2005, and the appointment of his successor, Ronald L. Rudy, the Company’s current Senior Vice President-Operations. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
