Item 5.01. Purchase of an existing Graffiti Junktion location

On October 3^rd, 2016 Grey Fox Holdings Corp and Graffiti Junktion reached an agreement whereas GFOX purchased the Graffiti Junktion in Winter Springs, FL which is a location that was owned and operated by Graffiti Junktion Corporation.
