Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant.

On February 6th, 2009, Global Peopleline Telecom Inc. (the “Company”) was notified of the resignation of its independent registered public accounting firm, Moore & Associates ("Moore"), effective as of this date. The Company accepted the resignation of Moore upon receipt of the notification and has commenced a search for a new independent public accounting firm.

~~Since its~~During ~~engagement~~the asCompany's oftwo ~~October~~most ~~20th~~recent fiscal years ended December 31, 2008 and 2007 and ~~till~~any ~~the~~subsequent ~~date~~interim ofperiod ~~its~~preceding ~~resignation~~February 6, ~~there~~2009, ~~were~~the noCompany ~~disagreements~~did not consult with Moore on ~~any~~(i) ~~matter~~the application of accounting principles orto ~~practices~~a specified transaction, ~~financial~~either ~~statement disclosure~~completed or proposed, or ~~auditing~~the ~~scope~~type orof ~~procedure,~~audit opinion ~~which~~that ~~disagreements~~might be rendered on the Company's financial statements, ifand Moore did not ~~resolved~~ provide either a written report or oral advice to the ~~satisfaction~~Company ofthat ~~Moore,~~was an ~~would~~important ~~have~~factor ~~caused~~considered ~~Moore~~by tothe ~~make~~Company ~~reference~~in reaching a decision as to ~~the~~any ~~subject~~accounting, ~~matter~~auditing, ofor financial reporting issue; or (ii) the subject of any disagreement, as defined in ~~its~~Item ~~reports~~304(a)(1)(iv) onof Regulation S-K and the ~~Company's~~related instructions, ~~financial~~or a reportable event within the meaning set forth in Item ~~statements~~304(a)(1)(v) ~~for~~of ~~such~~Regulation ~~periods~~S-K.

ASince ~~copy~~its engagementon October 20th, 2008 till the date of aits ~~letter~~resignation, ~~addressed~~there towere: (i) no disagreements between the ~~Securities~~Company and ~~Exchange~~Moore on any matter of accounting ~~Commission~~principles ~~stating~~or ~~whether~~practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedures, which disagreements, if not itresolved ~~agrees~~to ~~with~~the satisfaction of Moore, would have caused Moore to make reference to the ~~above~~subject matter of the disagreements in their reports on the Company's financial statements isfor ~~filed~~such asperiod, ~~Exhibit~~and ~~16.1.~~(ii) ~~The~~no ~~Resignation~~reportable ~~Letter~~events iswithin ~~filed~~the asmeaning ~~Exhibit~~set ~~99.~~forth in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.

A copy of a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether or not Moore agrees with the above statements is filed as Exhibit 16.1. The Resignation Letter is filed as Exhibit 99.1.
