Cari Beck, his daughter, is the Trustee of the Trust and has total beneficiary rights, including all voting rights and investment power as the Trustee. The Trust is held in her name (50%) as well as that of Lindsay Helvey (25%) and Casey Helvey (25%), both granddaughters.
