~~This~~On ~~current~~September ~~report~~24, on2012, ~~Form~~the ~~8-K~~Warrantholder ~~relates~~has togiven anotice ~~distribution~~to ~~made~~the Trustee to ~~holders~~exercise all Call Warrants for the purchase of all of the ~~Certificates~~Term ~~issued~~Assets held by the ~~CorTS~~ Trust, ~~for~~and ~~Weyerhaeuser~~agrees ~~Company~~to ~~Debentures~~make payment equal to the sum of (i) the principal amount of the Term Assets being purchased pursuant to the exercise of the Call Warrants plus accrued and unpaid interest to and including the Warrant Exercise Date, determined to be Tuesday, October 9, 2012 (the “Warrant Exercise Date” or “Redemption Date”) and (ii) the Warrant Class B Purchase Price.

If the Trustee receives the Warrant Exercise Purchase Price by 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Redemption Date, then (i) $57,380,000 Class A Certificates issued by the Trust will be redeemed on the Redemption Date at a price of $25.00 per Class A Certificate plus accrued interest of $0.10 per Class A Certificate to the Redemption Date and (ii) $57,380,000 Class B Certificates will be redeemed at $156.532218 per Class B Certificate plus accrued interest of $0.916666 per Class B Certificates.
