Notice of Delisting

On January 27, 2016 Infrastructure Materials Corp. (the “Company”) announced that it had received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) to voluntarily delist its shares of common stock from trading. Trading of the Company’s common shares on the TSX will cease at the close of market on January 28, 2016. The Company’s common shares will continue to be quoted on the OTC Pink Marketplace under the symbol “IFAM.”
