On February 21, 2013 Mr. Jianbao Wang informed the Board of Directors of China Valves Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) that he resigned as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Wang’s resignation is not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter. The Company is currently in the process of selecting a new Chief Executive Officer, and will file a subsequent Current Report on Form 8-K when the selection is made.
