Such PSUs were deferred under the Republic Services, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) as elected by the Reporting Person. As a result of the DCP election, 390 PSUs were distributed out of the DCP and settled to shares of the Company's common stock effective 12/22/2025.
