On April 12, 2018, Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (“CB&I”) issued a press release announcing preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
