ITEM 4.01. Changes in Registrant’s Independent Accountants

eVision International, Inc.’s (eVision) has appointed a new auditor of record, Ronald Chadwick P.C. The decision to change accountants was approved by eVision’s Board of Directors. During the Company’s two most recent fiscal years and subsequent period up to the date of the engagement of Ronald Chadwick, P.C., eVision did not consult with Ronald Chadwick, P.C. with regard to any matter concerning the application of accounting principles to any specific transactions, either completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered with respect to the Company’s financial statements
