~~(i)~~ On ~~July~~September 294, 2013, Mr. Norman Klein joined the Board of Directors of Wonder International Education & Investment Group Corporation ~~(“Company”) formally informed Jeffrey & Company (“Former Auditor”) of its dismissal as the independent registered public accounting firm of the Company~~.

~~(ii) The~~Mr. ~~audit~~Norman reports of the Former Auditor on the financial statements of the Company for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011 issued by the Former Auditor did not contain any adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, nor was the report qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principlesKlein.

~~(iii) During~~Mr. ~~the~~Klein ~~Company’s~~(age ~~two~~63) ~~most~~has ~~recent~~over ~~fiscal~~twenty years ~~ended~~of ~~December 31,~~experience ~~2012~~working in manufacturing and ~~December 31,~~process ~~2011~~control ~~and~~with ~~the~~major ~~subsequent interim~~companies. ~~period~~Mr. ~~through~~Klein ~~July 29,~~also ~~2013,~~brings ~~(1) there~~his ~~were~~expertise noin ~~disagreements~~engineering, ~~between~~operational ~~the~~leadership, and ~~Company~~business ~~and~~management to the ~~Former~~company. ~~Auditor~~Since ~~on any~~2001, ~~matter~~Mr. ofKlein ~~accounting~~has ~~principles~~acted oras ~~practices,~~the ~~financial~~CFO ~~statement~~and ~~disclosure~~COO orof ~~auditing~~ATC ~~scope~~Technology ~~or procedure~~Group, which ~~disagreements,~~later ifbecame ~~not~~known ~~resolved~~as toEastBridge ~~the~~Investment ~~satisfaction~~Group Corporation. Mr. Klein currently is a director of ~~the~~Cellular ~~Former~~Biomedicine ~~Auditor~~Group, ~~would~~Inc. (OTC-QB, ~~have~~symbol: ~~caused~~CBMG), ~~the~~an ~~Former~~entity ~~Auditor~~which toacquired ~~make~~EastBridge ~~reference~~Investment ~~thereto~~Group inCorporation. ~~its report~~In onconsidering ~~the~~Mr. ~~Company’~~Klein's ~~financial~~continued eligibility ~~statements~~to ~~for~~serve ~~such~~on ~~periods~~the Board, ~~and~~the ~~(2) there~~Board ~~were~~considered nohis ~~“reportable~~extensive ~~events”~~ experience as ~~that~~an ~~term~~executive isat ~~described~~large corporations, skills in ~~Item 304(a)(1)(v)~~financial ofmanagement, ~~Regulation~~operations ~~S-K~~and human resources.

There was no arrangement or understanding between the newly appointed director and any other person(ivs) (naming such person) pursuant to which such director was elected in such capacity. Except as stated herein, there have been no transactions since the ~~Board~~beginning of ~~Directors~~our oflast fiscal year, or any currently proposed transaction, in which we were or are to be a participant, exceeding $120,000 and in which our new director had or will have a direct or indirect material interest. There are no family relationships between the new director and any other director or executive officer of the Company. ~~participated~~There is no material plan, contract or arrangement (whether or not written) to which the new director is a party or in which ~~and~~each ~~approved~~party participates that is entered into or a material amendment in connection with the ~~decision~~triggering event or any grant or award to ~~change~~any ~~independent~~such ~~registered~~covered ~~accounting~~person ~~firms~~or modification thereto, under any such plan, contract or arrangement in connection with any such event.

The Company has provided the Former Auditor with a copy of the foregoing disclosure prior to its filing with the Commission and requested that the Former Auditor furnish the Company with a letter addressed to the Commission stating whether or not it agrees with the statements above and, if not, stating the respects in which it does not agree. A copy of the Former Auditor’s letter to the Commission, dated July 29, 2013, is attached hereto as Exhibit 16.1.2

~~(b) Engagement of New Independent Registered Accounting Firm.~~SIGNATURE

~~(i) On~~Pursuant ~~July~~to ~~29, 2103,~~ the ~~Board~~requirements of ~~Directors of~~ the ~~Company~~Securities Exchange ~~approved~~Act ~~the engagement~~ of ~~Friedman~~1934, ~~LLP (“New Auditor”) as~~ the ~~principal~~registrant ~~accountant~~has toduly ~~audit~~caused ~~the~~this ~~Company’s~~report ~~financial~~to ~~statements~~be assigned ofon ~~and~~its ~~for~~behalf by the ~~fiscal~~undersigned ~~year~~hereunto ~~ending~~duly ~~December 31, 2013~~authorized.

(ii) During the Company’s fiscal years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011 and the subsequent interim period ending July 29, 2013, the Company did not consult the New Auditor in regards to the Company’s financial statements, which were audited by the Former Auditor as its independent accountant, with respect to (1) the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, either completed or proposed and (2) the type of audit opinion that was rendered on the Company’s financial statements or might be rendered on the Company’s financial statements.
