Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Effective September 21, 2010, Michelle Zhu resigned as Chief Financial Officer of China Shuangji Cement Ltd. (the “Company”). The resignation of Ms. Zhu did not stem from any disagreement with the Company in regard to its financial statements or accounting matters.
