General Catalyst Group Management, LLC, or GCGM, is the manager of GP VIII LLC. General Catalyst Group Management Holdings, L.P., or GCGMH, is the manager of GCGM. As the Managing Members of General Catalyst Group Management Holdings GP, LLC, or GCGMH LLC, the general partner of GCGMH, Kenneth Chenault, Joel Cutler, David Fialkow and Hemant Taneja, a director of the Issuer, share voting and investment power with respect to shares held by 7wire and GC Group VIII LP. Each reporting person and entity disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of such person's or entity's pecuniary interest in such securities.
