("NLV II"), which is the beneficial owner of 6,063,603 shares of the Issuer's common stock and warrants entitling NLV II to purchase 3,118,620 shares of the Issuer's common stock in the aggregate (including the warrants entitling NLV II to purchase 2,341,920 shares of the Issuer's common stock which are being reported herein).
