Wise Ascent Investments Limited purchased the following shares of common stock of the Issuer on July 10, 2003 at a price of $2.00 per share: (i) 42,770 shares from You Yingliu, the Issuer's Vice President and Director; (ii) 763,750 shares from Zhang Haoyu, the Issuer's Director; (iii) 763,750 shares from Yang Huijuan, the Issuer's Director; (iv) 21,385 shares from Wu Zeming, the Issuer's Director; (v) 26,731 shares from Luo Guanying, the Issuer's Vice President and Director; and (vi) 5,560 shares from Liang Xiaogen, the Issuer's Director.
