On July 30, 2025, Winchester Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Winchester Savings Bank, issued a press release reporting its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2025.

A copy of the press release announcing the results is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933.
