On July 30, 2025, Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

On July 30, 2025, the Company issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the declaration of a third quarter 2025 base dividend per share of $0.46 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2025, payable on September 30, 2025, and a second quarter 2025 supplemental dividend per share of $0.05 to shareholders of record as of August 29, 2025, payable on September 19, 2025.
