(the "Company"), Compound Holdco LLC, Compound Merger Sub LLC ("Merger Sub"), and Welltower OP LLC, the Company merged with and into Merger Sub (the "Merger"), with Merger Sub continuing as the surviving entity upon consummation of the Merger.
