- [F2]38,623 shares are held directly by FINPAR VI SA, 35,964 shares are held directly by FINPAR V SA and 8,699,080 shares are held directly by Sapiens S.ar.l. (the "Direct Holders").

FINPAR VI SA has the contingent right to receive up to 1,949 shares of Common Stock. FINPAR V SA has the contingent right to receive up to 1,814 shares of Common Stock. Sapiens S.ar.l. has the contingent right to receive up to 438,996 shares of Common Stock.
