(the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release"), announcing that First Federal of the South, a federally chartered stock savings association (the "Bank") and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Supervisory Agreement (the "Supervisory Agreement") with the Office of Thrift Supervision.
