On April 9, 2010, Prime Group Realty Trust (the “Company”) announced its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009. Copies of the Company’s fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009 earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and is incorporated herein by reference.
