Regulation FD Disclosure.

Beginning on June 24, 2025, members of management of Murphy Oil Corporation (the “Company”), including Eric M. Hambly, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Thomas J. “Tom” Mireles, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host investor meetings in connection with the Company’s attendance at the JPMorgan 2025 Energy, Power, Renewables & Mining Conference. Additionally, Eric M. Hambly will participate in a fireside chat during the conference. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the presentation prepared by the Company in connection therewith.
