ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 10, 2025, SSR Mining Inc., a British Columbia corporation (the “Company”), issued a news release announcing the results of a Technical Report Summary (“TRS”) for the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine (“CC&V”) in Colorado, USA (the “2025 CC&V TRS”), a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
