MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company ("MidAmerican"), the parent of MidAmerican Funding, LLC ("MidAmerican Funding") and its indirect subsidiary MidAmerican Energy Company ("MidAmerican Energy"), is furnishing certain information titled "2013 EEI Financial Conference" in a Form 8-K filing today. MidAmerican Funding and MidAmerican Energy are furnishing the same information, titled "2013 EEI Financial Conference," as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K as it, in part, includes information about MidAmerican Funding and MidAmerican Energy.
