Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

As TrueYou.Com Inc. (the “Company”) nears completion of its restructuring program, the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of James F. O’Crowley as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Company effective July 1, 2007 and thanked him for his service to the Company.
