On September 21, 2015, General Electric Company (the “Company” or “GE”) announced private exchange offers being conducted in connection with the GE Capital Exit Plan previously announced by the Company. The disclosure document relating to the private exchange offers provided certain additional information regarding the GE Capital Exit Plan and related reorganization by the Company of the businesses of General Electric Capital Corporation (“GECC”). This information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
