This type of security normally doesn't reflect the conversion or exercise price. Cash was paid in lieu of issuing fractional shares.
[F2]On September 17, 2007, the FCP Trust purchased $50,000 of the Company's 12% notes due September 17, 2009, together with Warrants to purchase 5,000 shares of the issuer's Common Stock. No consideration was paid for the Warrants.
