Item 8.01 Other Events

On July 10, 2006, Aduddell Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Hickman Community Services, LLC (“HCS”) has been awarded a nationwide contract as the exclusive provider of roofing and re-roofing services for the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance. HCS is a company formed by the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Aduddell Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. (“Aduddell Roofing”) and W.P. Hickman Systems, Inc. Aduddell Roofing is the managing member of HCS. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
