Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments LLC is the manager and sponsor (the “Sponsor”) of ML Transtrend DTP Enhanced FuturesAccess LLC (the “Registrant”).

(b) On August 17, 2016, Devesh Saksena ceased being a member of the Sponsor’s Board of Managers, and ceased serving as a Vice President of the Sponsor.
