Item 8.01 Other Events.

On ~~December~~March 128, ~~2015~~2016 a final distribution was made to the holders of 19,980 Class A-1 Certificates issued by the Trust that were called for full redemption in connection with the exercise by certain Call Warrant holders of their right to purchase the entire remaining $500,000 principal amount of the Underlying Securities and the termination of the Trust under the terms of the Trust Agreement. Specific information with respect to the full redemption distribution is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. No other reportable transactions or matters have occurred during the current reporting period.
