Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments LLC is the general partner and sponsor (the “Sponsor”) of ML Trend-Following Futures Fund L.P. (the “Registrant”).

(b) On February 11, 2015, Colleen R. Rusch resigned as a member of the Sponsor’s Board of Managers. Additionally on February 11, 2015, she resigned as a Vice President of the Sponsor. The effective date of the resignations is January 31, 2015.
