OnNot March 8, 2013 The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for the PreferredPLUS Trust Series LMG-2 Trust (the “Trust”), issued a press release regarding the receipt of a notice of intended exercise on March 14, 2013, of 100% of the outstanding Warrants representing the right to acquire 1,240,000 of the Trust Certificates at an exercise price equal to $25 for each security being exercisedapplicable. ~~A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.~~
