On July 16, 2012 the Company issued a press release regarding the receipt of a notice of intended exercise of 25,000 Call Options representing the right to call $25,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 6.125% Debentures of Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. held by the Trust on July 31, 2012, a copy of which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
