Altai Capital Management, LLC ("IMGP") serves as the general partner of Investment Manager. Mr. Rishi Bajaj serves as Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Investment Manager. The shares of the Issuer held by the Altai Funds may be deemed to be beneficially owned by each of Investment Manager, IMGP and Mr. Bajaj.
