In connection with the termination of the trust, on November 7, 2017 276,348 shares of Titan common stock were transferred to the Richard M. Cashin, Jr. Family Trust No. 1, with an independent trustee. The remaining 452,809 shares of Titan common stock were previously distributed to the reporting person.
