Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Sebastian is obligated to make a capital contribution of $17,000.00 on or around June 1, 2022 to the Fund, and the Fund is obligated to issue Shares to Mr. Sebastian, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
