This report serves to correct and clarify that (a) 2,197,999 shares are held by Meristem Trust Company, LLC as trustee of the John R. Wilson Irrevocable Trust dated July 9, 2020 and (b) 3,164,954 shares are held by John R. Wilson, as trustee of the John R. Wilson Revocable Trust Agreement dated August 3, 2017.
